It comes with a brand new flat screen television, new stainless steel appliances, gleaming bamboo floors, granite countertops, and gorgeous contemporary decor while still maintaining the classic beachy look! There are 2 separate balconies off of the home to enjoy the view, as well as a direct access garage and carport that fits a full size SUV.
As you enter the home from the carport or garage, you will find the first bedroom nestled in the lowest level of the home. The beach decor and hardwood bamboo flooring will instantly remind you that you're only a few steps away from the beach or bay. The comfortable full sized bed, luxurious linens, bedding, and pillows will ensure a good night's sleep after a long day at the beach! The room also has a closet for your personal items and a window to let in the sunshine and fresh air. 
As you walk up the steps to the 2nd level of the home you will enjoy the bright sunlight and open, fresh, feel of the home. The steps lead to the master bedroom which has a comfortable king-sized bed, private bath, and large mirrored closets. This room is bright and open as well and spacious with a beautiful bay window. The third bedroom is also located on the middle level and has a bunk bed trundle (this type of bed has a twin mattress on top, full mattress below, and the option to pull out the twin mattress on the bottom) which sleeps up to 4. There is a picturesque view from a private balcony. The master bathroom has gorgeous tiles throughout giving it a stylish and contemporary look. 
Our home is completely furnished and includes all of the amenities needed to feel right at home in San Diego, California. There are 2 bikes with bike locks, boogie boards, a paddle board, fluffy beach towels, sand toys, and beach chairs for all to use. The kitchen is fully updated and equipped with anything you may need to cook a fabulous feast. 
Just a quick walk away from tons of shopping, delicious restaurants, the pristine Pacific Ocean, and Mission Bay. You can soak in the magical views of sunsets, sunrises, ocean waves, as well as observe the nightly SeaWorld firework show from the comfort of your own private rooftop!
